neuromuscular therapy

sports therapy

Specialized massage therapy targeting muscle pain and dysfunction using techniques like trigger point therapy and PNF to relieve pain, improve function, and restore movement.

Sports massage prevents and treats injuries from physical activity. It improves flexibility, reduces muscle tension, and enhances performance. Used for recovery, injury prevention, and as a pre-event or post-event treatment.

Lymphatic Drainage

 therapeutic exercise

This therapy reduces swelling, improves circulation, and boosts detoxification. Lymphatic drainage removes toxins and excess fluid, supporting overall health and aiding in conditions like edema, chronic fatigue, and post-surgery recovery.

Therapeutic exercise addresses musculoskeletal issues, improves mobility, and supports rehabilitation through tailored exercises that strengthen muscles, increase flexibility, and correct posture.

Emily uses a variety of pain-free techniques to promote healing across muscles, fascia, organs, nerves, and more. She additionally uses methods like the Listening Technique to gently identify and treat restrictions, Hydrotherapy to reduce inflammation and improve circulation, and Swedish Massage for relaxation and circulation enhancement.

A hands-on therapy that relieves tension and pain in the fascia, the connective tissue around muscles. Gentle, sustained pressure releases restrictions, improves flexibility, and restores function.
